- the definition of the optimum corporate structure;
- fiscal analysis (optimization of the tax treatment of the company, its investors and its managers);
- raising venture capital and in particular the negotiation of a Term Sheet, assistance in the context of audits, the implementation of shareholder agreements and guarantees of liabilities.
The firm participates in approximately ten capitalization projects a year to raise initial venture capital or additional rounds of financing in amounts that are frequently in the tens of millions of euros.
The firm also has significant experience in “flip” projects involving the relocation of a company outside France (in particular to Great Britain and the United States), among other things to have access to expanded sources of financing.
