Before joining the firm as one of its founders, Franck Sekri practiced at Willkie Farr & Gallagher and Brandford Griffith Baverez Pasturel.
Franck Sekri is particularly active in the areas of Private Equity (LBO, Venture Capital, Management Package) and mergers and acquisitions.
In recent years, Franck Sekri has been involved in numerous projects on behalf of investment funds, public and private industrial groups and management teams.
Among other things, he has been involved in, the acquisition of the Schering Group's radiopharmaceuticals business (750 employees, 120 million euros in sales) by the IBA/IRE consortium, the sale of the Fotovista Group to Dixon's (1400 employees, 474 million euros in sales), the sale by Fonds Partenaires Gestion of its shareholding in ID Logistics, the LBO by the LFPI funds and Dotcorp in the Primaphot Group as well as numerous venture capital transactions in growth companies.
