Before joining the firm as one of its founders, Jean-Marie Valentin practiced at Willkie Farr & Gallagher and Gide Loyrette Nouel.
Jean-Marie Valentin has developed a well-respected practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, Private Equity (LBO, Venture Capital, Management Package) and the negotiation of complex contracts.
Jean-Marie Valentin is in charge of coordinating the firm's trust activities.
Jean-Marie Valentin has been involved in a large number of projects for institutions, industrial groups, small and medium-size companies, entrepreneurs, family-owned companies and management teams.
