Before becoming a founding partner in the firm, Yamina Zerrouk practiced at Salès Vincent & Associés, now Franklin, and Brandford Griffith Baverez Pasturel.
Yamina Zerrouk is particularly active in the areas of public business law, urban planning law and environmental law.
She worked alongside French authorities in the creation of the Louvre Museum in Abu Dhabi. She advises chambers of commerce and industry in the creation of port and airport operating companies and in the transfer of these infrastructures to new licensing authorities, under the terms of the Airports and Decentralization Acts.
She regularly works with Gazeley, a subsidiary of Wal-Mart, in its development projects, and with United Technologies Corporation (UTC) in environmental matters.
Yamina Zerrouk regularly teaches courses in public/private partnerships, civil and local government service and development projects.
Yamina Zerrouk is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
