Management of individual employment relationships

Sekri Valentin Zerrouk advises its clients in, among other things, the negotiation and drafting of employment contracts (and in particular non-compete agreements, golden parachutes, withdrawal, benefits, retirement pensions etc.) the amendment of such agreements, dismissals for personal or business reasons, the application of disciplinary procedures, the negotiation and drafting of settlement agreements and the drafting of internal operating rules and procedures.

Sekri Valentin Zerrouk can provide assistance in particular in structuring the compensation of senior management and executives (Management Package) in coordination with its Tax Department.

Relationships with employee representation bodies

The firm advises its clients on the creation or re-election of employee representation bodies, consultations with the Works Council (determination of the potential obligation to notify and consult with the Works Council, drafting of the documentation to be submitted to the Works Council, legal advice on the occasion of meetings etc.) and relationships with union organizations.
