In close collaboration with the firm's Mergers & Acquisition teams, the Tax Department advises its clients on the tax treatment of corporate sales, acquisitions and restructuring, as well as LBO and Venture Capital transactions.
Its attorneys:
- identify the optimal structure from a tax point of view;
- participate in the acquisition audits, the drafting and negotiation of the agreements ;
- negotiate rulings with the tax authorities, if necessary.
The tax team participates in the creation of investment funds in the Private Equity sector.
The firm is regularly called on to advise management teams on Private Equity transactions.
