All of our associates follow a carefully designed curriculum of technical study and individualized training that is administered directly by the supervising partner.

The associate's progress is monitored by regularly scheduled evaluations to confirm the accomplishment of previously defined objectives and to adapt the personalized training to the needs of all new associates.

Close and careful supervision

Our associates work closely with the partner managing their team and its cases.

In this context, associates and employees on all levels are assigned directly to the team set up for the management of each project and participate, under the direction of the partner, in serving the interests of the clients, which is the firm's primary objective.
