Prior to joining the firm, Anne Dumas-L'Hoir worked in the litigation and arbitration department of Baker & McKenzie for 11 years.
Anne Dumas-L'Hoir specializes incommercial litigation. She appears before commercial, arbitral, civil and criminal courts and tribunals in proceedings related to various aspects of business law.
Anne Dumas-L'Hoir advises and assists her clients in pre-litigation and litigation procedures (management of pre-litigation situations, interlocutory measures to ensure recovery of all claims …) and of course following the final hearing, concerning the execution of court orders.
Anne Dumas-L'Hoir acts in matters arising out of contract and tort law (contractual and tortious liability, product and industrial risks liability), commercial and economic law (termination of commercial relationships, unfair competition, publicity…) and transport law.
Last but not least, Anne Dumas-L'Hoir has developed the business criminal law practice and assists companies and/or their managers in connection with prosecutions filed against them or against their former employees (misappropriation of corporate assets, breach of trust, employment-related criminal law…).
